Though he is based out of Oahu he was willingly to work with me. He set real honest expectations and was highly successful. He was a straight shooter. His fee's are reasonable and he stuck to his agreements. In my case he was able to get the main charge dismissed and negotiated with prosecutor for a small fine. He worked as a Prosecutor previously for many years in the past, this experience is invaluable. I believe he knows what to and what not to ask for and knows how the legal system works, and navigates it skillfully. I appreciated his communication. He kept in touch with me throughout the process and therefore made it very easy. He exceeded his expectations, and my expectations and he is a man of his word. I found a greater appreciation for hiring an attorney after this experience. Also, he is a nice person and he treated me with respect and dignity. Darrell Wong is an extremely professional. His knowledge of the court system and the laws are unbeatable. After our first meeting and my explanation of the events with my case. He reviewed all the details and then planned the best form of defense. He then explained everything in detail with language easily understood and walked me through the courtroom process so I would be prepared. On the day of my trial, he met me early to make sure I was ready. Upon arrival at the courthouse, he took care of all the details and made me feel calm. During the trial, his expertise showed with the distinctive questions and the firm points and details. He helped us understand the legal process and clearly explained our options. Darrell listened to our concerns without judgement and prepared us for the realities of the possible outcomes. We felt our issues were heard and importantly, he addressed them as his priority. He responded quickly to all messages and anticipated many of our questions.
